Student's picked up their first box(es) of Chocolates on April 3rd & 4th.
If you did not order a box of chocolate, or did not see the memo that students received, you can still participate in this fundraiser.
The next Chocolate Box Pick-Up date will be Thursday, April 10th, AFTER school in the cafeteria. Any 4th grade student/parent wanting to place an order for 1 or 2 Boxes will need to send the Community Club an e-mail by Monday, April 7th, before 12noon or send a signed note to your child's teacher on the same date. Remember to send in a new request, every time you need more boxes to sell (at least 3 days prior to the Pick-Up Dates - see below).
ORDERS: Please include the following in your e-mail or note to your child's teacher:
- Your child's first and last name
- Their Teacher's Name and Room#
- Indicate # of Boxes
- Indicate ALL Chocolate or Variety or Both (only two boxes can be checked-out at one time. Payment mus be turned in BEFORE getting additional Chocolate Boxes)
- CHOCOLATE BARS: Milk Chocolate; Chocolate w/Almonds; Chocolate w/Caramel; Chocolate Crisp
- MIXED CHOCOLATE: Chocolate w/Almonds; Chocolate w/Caramel; Chocolate Crisp; Chocolate Raisins; Gummie Bears
CHOCOLATE PICK-UP on these days ONLY, immediately AFTER school in the cafeteria (e-mail or 'note to teacher' for Chocolate order MUST be received at least 3 days in advance - before 12noon)
- 4/10 Thursday (e-mail or 'note to teacher' to place order must be received by Monday, 4/7, before 12noon in order to receive 4/10)
- 4/15 Tuesday (order 3 days in advance)
- 4/17 Thursday (order 3 days in advance)
- 4/22 Tuesday (order 3 days in advance - LAST DAY to pick up reserved Chocolate)
- 4/8 Tuesday
- 4/10 Thursday
- 4/15 Tuesday

- 4/24 Thursday (Last day to turn in ALL money due -- LAST DAY OF CHOCOLATE FUNDRAISER)
- CANNOT return unsold chocolate
- KEEP Chocolate away from heat (do not leave in vehicle)
- $50 (per box) due ASAP on dates listed above; Checks can be made out to McParland School or $50 Cash (per box); Please use enclosed envelope from Chocolate box and include your child's name and teacher.
- $20 credit for each box ordered (this money will go into your child's Science Camp Account)
- NO coins will be accepted
- Each 4th grade student/parent may check-out up to two boxes of Chocolate at one time.
- ALL payments MUST be turned in by April 24th OR before checking out more
